In order to optimize our financial service, and satisfy the personal customers’ online payment needs, together with some e-commerce vendor, KLB launched a series of online payment service, including Alipay Card Link, Alipay Express Checkout, and UnionPay card-not-present payment.
Alipay Card Link
Introduction
Alipay Card Link service comes from the joint effort of KLB and Alipay. Customers can make online payment with this service when they shop online (at taobao.com or other authorized e-commerce websites).
How to use Alipay Card Link
Customer who wants sign up for this service can either logon his/her personal e-banking account or at KLB counters. Only customers with KLB debit card and professional e-banking service are able to sign up online. Customers at the counter should present their own ID card and debit card. The Alipay account should also be presented and customers without an Alipay account should apply for one beforehand.
After the sign-up, customers can directly logon his/her Alipay account using the Alipay payment password and security certificate. The balance in the associated debit card can be expended. When shopping online, customers can click the Alipay icon and choose Alipay Express Checkout to perform the remittance per instruction. The limit for Alipay Card Link stays in line with limit designated by the debit card and the Alipay account.
Alipay Card Link Specification
Now Alipay Card Link service is only available for customers above 18-years-old and with ID card. Customers without an ID card or a cell phone are not eligible for any sign-ups.
Alipay Card Link service only open to debit card holders and the card status should be active (other than report-for-loss, frozen or other unusual status).
Customers can sign up for the card link service using their e-banking account, change the single payment limit and the maximum daily payment limit , and cancel the card link service. The single payment limit and the maximum daily payment limit for online payment are both set to RMB 20000 and customers are free to set their own limit within the KLB default limit.
There is payment limit for card link service and the limit is agreed between customers and Alipay. When a payment takes place, KLB only authenticates the bank limit.
Operation Guide
Sign-up Process:
Register an Alipay account at its official website – Activate the account – Log on to KLB personal e-banking account – Enter the ‘Online Payment-Sign up for online payment’ column – Choose the relevant agreement and sign up – Enter ‘Alipay Card Link’ – Read the agreement and complete the sign-up – Alipay Card Link is automatically activated (if the sign-up information differs from the reserved information, customers have to log on the website to finish the activation)
Payment Process:
Shop online – Choose Alipay to pay – Choose ‘Express Checkout (Card Link included)’ – Choose the bank card - Key in the amount and Alipay password and identity information – Finish
Termination Process:
Log on KLB personal e-banking account – Enter ‘Online Payment – Sign-up Information Management’ – Click the ‘Termination’ link under the agreement – Terminate the Alipay Card Link service – Finish
Limit setting Process:
Log on KLB personal e-banking account – Enter ‘Online Payment – Payment Limit Management’ – Click the ‘setting’ link – Update the single payment limit and the maximum daily payment limit for the bank card - Finish
Safety Notice
The remittance made with the registered bank account via Alipay Card Link is verified by Alipay Company for its security and no more safety measures such as bank account password will be adopted. The Alipay Card Link will adopt the safety measures of the Alipay account, such as logon password, payment password, SMS, digital certificate and etc. Customers should follow the instructions of Alipay Company when they deal with the related business.
Customers should take good care of the safety measures and if there is any theft or leak, please report the loss to KLB or Alipay Company, or cancel the service.
In order to keep the fund safe and lower the transaction risk, customers should set a reasonable payment limit according to their shopping manner and actual needs. When making payment with Alipay Card Link, you have to conform to the rules and controls about payment limits specified by Alipay Company, which can be found onwww.alipay.com.
KLB will deliver account settlement service according to KLB-Alipay Card Link Service Agreement. Any disputes about product quality, service quality and fees when customers shop via Alipay will be settled by the customers and Alipay Company.

Customers do not have to sign up for this service via e-banking account. They can pick up KLB card to pay in Alipay and card number and cell phone number will be checked for the first. The cell phone number should be the same as the one reserved when customers applied for KLB bank card. If no cell phone number was recorded by then or the cell phone number has already changed, customers can set or update their number using ‘customer service – cell phone setting’.
Customers can directly logon his/her Alipay account using the Alipay payment password and security certificate. The balance in the associated debit card can be expended. UnionPay card-not-present payment service

Service Specification
Customers who hold KLB debit cards and who have registered professional personal e-banking accounts are able to activated the UnionPay card-not-present payment service. During the sign-up, cell phone number reserved with KLB shall be used, which would
This service is only open to debit card holders and the card status should be active (other than report-for-loss, frozen or other unusual status).
When signing up for this service, customers have to make sure the name and ID card number used for sign-up stay the same as the name and ID card number for KLB bank card’s registration. Otherwise the sign-up will not proceed.
